used Robomirror for many years , but have been routinely receiving following error message for last few months
"The mirror operation could not be logged" ; The file c:\users...\appdata\local\robomirror\logxml is locked
the (x2) scheduled mirror operations continue to function normally

The error message indicates that the log file used by RoboMirror is currently in use or locked by another program. To resolve the issue, try closing any other programs that may be accessing the log file and then try running RoboMirror again. If the issue persists, try deleting the log file and allowing RoboMirror to create a new one.
I am trying to use Robomirror to backup my Users folders, and the job hangs at 'Pending changes are being identified'. It never progresses.

This error doesn't appear anywhere, which means it's localized (happens to you only). However, I recommend upgrading the software to reflect the latest release on the official website. You can download the application using the link posted below. Additionally, make sure to have NET Framework installed on your computer.
